Pandit Manu Seen has enjoyed international recognition as one of Ustad Shahid Parvez’ senior disciples. He initially learned tabla and vocal music from his father Pandit Lachhman Singh Seen, absorbing his Punjab gharana influences, but soon picked up the sitar, falling for its charms immediately. He is known for a pure, soulful approach, imbued with captivating rhythms and full of his guru’s technical virtuosity. Outside of music he has an English Literature degree.
